Our primary machine tools for manufacturing our own CNC equipment consist of two high-end gantry-type machining centers: one from Okuma (Japan) and one from Wele (Taiwan)—both globally respected for precision engineering, robust construction, and advanced control systems.
The Okuma gantry machine is dedicated to precision finishing of machine tool castings, enabling consistent micron-level accuracy and repeatability in the machining of key structural components, thanks to its rigid construction and advanced Okuma control system.
The Wele gantry machine, by contrast, is optimized for heavy-duty rough machining of large castings, equipped with a rigid box-way structure, high-torque spindle, and Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls to efficiently remove material while maintaining dimensional stability.
This strategic combination—roughing on Wele, finishing on Okuma—enables us to process large machine base castings with exceptional control over residual stress, flatness, and geometric tolerance. As a result, we consistently achieve the structural integrity and long-term stability required for high-performance turning and milling machine tools. All equipment is maintained under strict preventive maintenance protocols and operated by certified technicians, ensuring process reliability from raw casting to final assembly.
