Dual-Spindle‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ & Dual-Turret Compound Machining: This powerful CNC lathe has two separate A2-5 spindles (both 5000RPM max speed) and two turrets, which can work simultaneously on the front and back sides of a workpiece. This facility to work on both sides at once greatly reduces the time for clamping and increases the production efficiency, making it a high-end CNC machine tool for mass producing complex parts.

Multi-Axis Precision Motion System: It operates with a 6-axis linkage (X1/X2/Y1/Y2/Z1/Z2/B) along with an orthogonal Y-axis design that enables off-centering, contouring, and eccentric machining. It provides extremely tight tolerances and always maintains quality for complicated workpieces, thus being an excellent choice for making automotive, aerospace, and precision ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌components.

Flexible‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ & Powerful Servo Configuration: The shaft is fitted with a servo motor of various capacities according to the customer's wish. The driven tool can have a high-speed spindle motor up to 4000RPM. It meets different kinds of cutting, from high-speed finishing to heavy-duty roughing, and stable working performance even after the materials are steel, aluminum, and alloys.

Premium Global Core Components: The frame is made of world-famous linear guide rails (HIWIN/PMI/Rexroth), lead screws (HIWIN/PMI), and high-precision bearings (NSK/NTN), matched with the Guangzhou HAOZHI motor spindle. As a result, the CNC machine tool can keep its geometric accuracy, thermal stability, and low failure rate for a long ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌time.

Turret

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ two-turret configuration of this CNC lathe is powered by high-force servo motors, with optional water-cooled driven tools (max power & torque 5.5kW/17.5Nm). Thanks to it, tool changes can be done quickly and accurately. Along with rigid clamping, this allows for simultaneous machining on both spindles. As a result, the auxiliary time is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency of the CNC lathe is increased ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌significantly.

This‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ CNC lathe is equipped with two identical Guangzhou HAOZHI A2-5 motor spindles, each having a maximum speed of 5000RPM and a diameter of 56mm spindle bore.

The dual-spindle arrangement can perform synchronous front/back machining, which not only gives the machine a powerful cutting force but also helps in maintaining very precise and stable rotation, as well as excellent thermal stability.

At the same time, it guarantees a high and consistent level of quality output for the CNC machine in continuous ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌production.

Lead Screw

This‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ CNC lathe is fitted with precision-ground lead screws (spec 32) that are supplied by HIWIN/PMI, and this makes it possible to accomplish minimal backlash and high transmission efficiency.

The lead screws perform accurate and repeatable positioning of all axes, which will have a positive impact on the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the workpiece. This is in line with the demand for high-precision CNC lathe ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌machining.

Linear Guide Rail

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ high-rigidity linear slides are used for the X-axis and Z-axis,and the track span is optimally calculated, resulting in low resistance, high precision, and the possibility of 22 m/min speed. The efficiency of work is improved, and processing time is ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌shortened.

CNC Lathe Packaging Instructions

To‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ ensure the safe arrival of your machine, our CNC lathe undergoes a multi-layer protective packaging process as outlined below:

First, the lathe is completely wrapped with stretch film so as to avoid dust and scratches.

Secondly, it is vacuum-packed to keep it from getting wet during transport.

Thirdly, after vacuum packaging, the lathe is immobilized with load straps to prevent shifting.

Lastly, it is encased in a sturdy plywood box.

The surface of the plywood box is also sealed with a waterproof film so that no rain or moisture can get inside, and the machine is in perfect condition upon ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌delivery.

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
  • What industries are your machines used in?

    Our machines are commonly used in the following industries: Automotive components, 3C electronics, home appliances, aerospace, railway and rail transit, general mechanical parts, machinery manufacturing, IT industry, medical devices, and scientific research.
