Dual Spindle CNC Lathe Machine for Metal with Milling and Turning
W7-8/6CYD is a dual-spindle CNC lathe that is capable of high precision spindle docking, which effectively eliminates the errors that come with re-clamping and results in higher machining accuracy. This machine can do turning, milling, and composite processing as it is furnished with a rigid BMT turret and an independent Y-axis. We employ a multi-layer protective packaging process for our CNC lathe to ensure safe delivery:
1. The lathe is first fully wrapped with stretch film for dust and scratch protection.
2.The machine is then vacuum sealed to prevent it from getting wet during transportation.
3.After vacuum packaging, the lathe is firmly fixed with straps to prevent its movement.
4.In the end, it is placed inside a strong plywood box.
