Driven Tool Turret

Our CNC lathe with live tooling (slant bed CNC lathe) is a high-performance machine equipped with a live tooling turret. It allows you to perform all operations in a single setup: turning, milling, drilling, and tapping. Its strong structure and high-torque driving tools guarantee stable and effective machining of complicated parts, which is perfect for stainless steel and aluminum.

Powerful tool operation: Besides the standard 2.2kW/12Nm motor, we also offer 2.7kW/12Nm and 5.5kW/17.5Nm options (water-coolant motor). All variations have a maximum speed of 4000RPM for the driven tool. This feature makes them suitable for milling, drilling, and tapping at a high-efficiency level.
Secure locking & positioning: Hydraulic locking (BMT55-12 station) together with servo motor drive, gives the system stable clamping, precise indexing, and outstanding repeat positioning accuracy, especially when dealing with complicated workpieces.
Machining in one go: The machine is capable of performing turning, milling, and multi-process operations all at once. This reduces secondary clamping, production time is shortened, and workpiece consistency is enhanced.

Lead Screw
NSK 32 precision lead screws (Option: PMI/HIWIN) have been supplied for the X/Y/Z axes. A CNC lathe with live tooling and a slant bed CNC lathe, this configuration achieves ultra-smooth motion, excellent positioning accuracy, and rigidity, thus providing stable performance even for the most demanding cutting operations.
Liner Guide Rail
Heavy-Duty Load Capacity: The roller guide design can bear large loads and resist vibrations well, which means the machine works steadily even when heavy cutting or high-speed milling.
Easy & Quick Movement: The mechanism with low friction makes it possible to achieve a very fast feed rate of 22m/min, which not only reduces the time of the machining process but also enhances the efficiency of production.

In order to provide safe delivery, our CNC lathe will be packed through a multi-layer protection process, as follows:
1.At first, the whole lathe will be wrapped with a stretch film to protect it from dust and scratches.
2.Then it will be vacuum packaged to make sure there is no moisture during transportation.
3.To limit the movement of the lathe, the vacuum-packaged lathe will be tied tightly with straps.
4.At last, the lathe will be packed in a hard plywood box.
