Spindle

The W7-8/6T slant bed lathe has high-load Rexroth roller linear guides on all axes. These heavy-duty guides offer high-level load capacity and rigidity, rising to the level of cutting vibration absorption, thereby keeping movement very stable. The result is very accurate and smooth operation even during high-speed machining and heavy cutting, which is the fundamental precision of this CNC turning machine.
Liner Guide Rail
W7-8/6T slant bed lathe comes with high-load Rexroth roller linear guides on all axes. The heavy-duty guides not only offer excellent load capacity and rigidity but also absorb cutting vibrations to an effective level that allows for ultra-stable movement. Our CNC lathe is safe and sound even during delivery, because we have a multi-layer process of protecting the machine via packaging:
1.The lathe will be fully wrapped in a stretch film, which can help protect it from dust and scratches.
2.We then vacuum pack it to make sure that moisture doesn't get in during shipping.
3.After vacuum packaging, the lathe will be firmly fixed by straps to prevent it from moving.
4.At last, it will be packed into a very sturdy plywood box.
