Dual-spindle system:
The maximum speed can be 5000 revolutions per minute, the spindle bore is Φ66/Φ56, and the bar feeding capacity is Φ52mm. The machine is a belt-driven design with high-precision Taiwan spindles as an option. It can finish the complete machining in one setup, which leads to high efficiency.
Lead Screw
The TS-8/6ZY/D utilizes high-precision pre-tensioned ball screws for all linear axes, achieving excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability. The robust, low-backlash structure allows the machine to perform smooth and stable feed motion without any jerks, even at high, rapid traverse rates (up to 22m/min). In addition, the long-term pre-tensioning significantly reduces thermal deformation, which is the main cause of inconsistency in machining precision.
Liner Guide Rail
Thanks to the super-heavy-duty linear guide rails of the advanced level in all directions, the TS-8/6ZY/D is able to deliver exceptional load capacity, a very robust structure, and highly smooth movements with minimal friction. The rail system contributes to the machine's excellent dynamic performance and long durability, which results in stable, high-speed motions even when cutting heavily and finishing finely. At the same time, it provides positional accuracy during complex turning/milling operations.

Our CNC lathe is packaged with a multi-layer protective procedure as mentioned below:
1.At first, the lathe is wholly wrapped with a stretch film to prevent dust and scratches.
2.It is then vacuum sealed to keep away moisture during transportation.
3. Following vacuum packaging, the lathe is tightly secured with straps to prevent movement.
4. Last, it is enclosed in a sturdy plywood box.
