The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ TS-8/6ZY/D features a top-of-the-line dual-turret system with built-in tooling. This advanced system enables turning, milling, drilling, and tapping operations all from one setup, which helps to avoid re-fixturing errors and increase productivity.
It can reach a maximum operating speed of 4000 RPM for the driven tools, and the varying servo motor configurations can be matched with FANUC, Siemens, and SYNTEC CNC systems. The driven tool stations can deliver continuous power up to 5.5kW, thus providing reliable, high-torque cutting even for the most challenging ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌tasks.

Dual-spindle system

The maximum‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ speed can be 5000 revolutions per minute, the spindle bore is Φ66/Φ56, and the bar feeding capacity is Φ52mm. The machine is a belt-driven design with high-precision Taiwan spindles as an option. It can finish the complete machining in one setup, which leads to high ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌efficiency.

Lead Screw

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ TS-8/6ZY/D utilizes high-precision pre-tensioned ball screws for all linear axes, achieving excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability. The robust, low-backlash structure allows the machine to perform smooth and stable feed motion without any jerks, even at high, rapid traverse rates (up to 22m/min). In addition, the long-term pre-tensioning significantly reduces thermal deformation, which is the main cause of inconsistency in machining ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌precision.

Liner Guide Rail

Thanks‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ to the super-heavy-duty linear guide rails of the advanced level in all directions, the TS-8/6ZY/D is able to deliver exceptional load capacity, a very robust structure, and highly smooth movements with minimal friction. The rail system contributes to the machine's excellent dynamic performance and long durability, which results in stable, high-speed motions even when cutting heavily and finishing finely. At the same time, it provides positional accuracy during complex turning/milling ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌operations.

CNC Lathe Packaging Instructions

Our‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ CNC lathe is packaged with a multi-layer protective procedure as mentioned below:

1.At first, the lathe is wholly wrapped with a stretch film to prevent dust and scratches.

2.It is then vacuum sealed to keep away moisture during transportation.

  1. 3. Following vacuum packaging, the lathe is tightly secured with straps to prevent movement.

  2. 4. Last, it is enclosed in a sturdy plywood box.

The plywood box's top is wrapped with waterproof film to protect against rain and moisture, the machine delivery will be in excellent ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌condition.‌‍‍

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
  • What industries are your machines used in?

    Our machines are commonly used in the following industries: Automotive components, 3C electronics, home appliances, aerospace, railway and rail transit, general mechanical parts, machinery manufacturing, IT industry, medical devices, and scientific research.
