W7-8DWI C Axis CNC Turning Lathe With 12 Station BMT 55 Turret Without Y Axis
The W7-8DWI is a highly accurate slant-bed CNC turning lathe.
The machine is based on a strong HT300 cast-iron frame. This machine features a 12-station BMT55 turret and full C-axis control. These allow it to turn, groove, thread, and cross-machine all accurately and efficiently in a single setup.
With no Y-axis, this turning-only machine still manages to offer excellent rigidity, chip removal, and production capacity for large-scale manufacturing. In fact, it is the reason the highly demanding automotive, aerospace, and general machining industries consider this machine suitable.

Spindle

Liner Guide Rail

To deliver our CNC lathe safely each time, we package it with a multi-layer protective process. Here is the step-by-step method:
1.First, the lathe in its entirety is wrapped with stretch film in order to shield it from dust and scratches.
2.It is vacuum-sealed so that no moisture can get in during transportation.
3.With vacuum packing done, the lathe is locked down with straps to make sure it doesn't move.
4.Finally, it is enclosed in a sturdy plywood case.
