  1. Orthogonal Y-axis Design: With this feature, the machine will be able to perform operations on 5 sides of the workpiece without the need for changing the setup multiple times. As a result, production time is decreased and dimensional consistency is improved.

  2. Big Processing Size: Has a maximum turning diameter of Φ520mm, a maximum machining length of 2000mm, and a swing diameter over bed of Φ600mm, easily capable of processing large, heavy workpieces.

  3. High-Speed & High-Power Spindle: The spindle opening is Φ86mm (with an option to upgrade to Φ105mm), the maximum spindle speed is 3000RPM, the power rating is 15kW with 143Nm torque, and the cutting power is strong enough to carry out both the heavy-duty roughing and the high-precision ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌finishing.

  4. Flexible CNC System Options: Pick from top-notch CNC systems like FANUC 0I-TF PLUS(3B), Siemens 828D(with Shop Turn/Mill Function), or SYNTEC 22TB that are the best in the industry and can be aligned with your working preferences and ways of doing things.

  5. Efficient Driven Tool Station: Besides supporting the usual tools, it also allows you to use very powerful driven tools (up to 5.5kW / 17.5Nm for SYNTEC configuration), which gives you the highest driven tool speed of 4000RPM, so that you can do high-speed milling, drilling, and tapping ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌efficiently.

  6. Heavy-Duty‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ & Sturdy Frame: It is built of a solid metal working body (approx. 7800kg) with a size of 7500×2050×2150mm. This construction is highly effective in providing the machine rigidity and damping of vibrations, which are important factors for quality and long-lasting precision machining.

  7. Axis Travel and Feed are Adapted: The travel of the X-axis is 260mm, the Y-axis moves in the range of +50 to -50mm, the Z-axis travel is 2005mm, and the maximum feed rate is 22m/min; all these features support fast, smooth movements and efficient machining ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌cycles.

Lead Screw

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ CNC machine tool has all linear axes equipped with top brands' high-precision ground ball screw. The lead screws with minimum backlash and high transmission efficiency have made it possible for us to control the tool movement in a very responsive way and accurately at rapid feed rates up to 22m/min, even when the cutting load is heavy. Besides, they are capable of ensuring the continued dimensional accuracy of large metal workpieces even during prolonged high-load ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌operation.

Liner Guide Rail

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ BG1000-10ZYDW features heavy-duty linear guide rails from a top-notch global brand, which are highly rigid and capable of bearing the extreme load of heavy-duty cutting. 
These superior rails provide high load capacity and low friction, which leads to very smooth and stable linear motion during large-diameter turning and milling. Also, they maintain accuracy in positioning consistently, and the life of the unit is long, which is a very good basis for the precision performance of this heavy-duty CNC ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌lathe.

CNC Lathe Packaging Instructions

To‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ make sure it arrives at your place without any damage, our CNC lathe has gone through multi-layer protection as follows:

1.The lathe is first fully wrapped with stretch film to keep it clean and free from scratches.

  1. 2.After that, it is vacuum-packed to keep the moisture out during transport.

  2. 3.After vacuum packaging, the lathe is strapped down securely to prevent it from moving.

  3. 4.And, finally, it is put into a very strong plywood box.

The top of the plywood box is covered with waterproof film to keep rain and moisture out, so the machine arrives in perfect ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌condition.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
  • What industries are your machines used in?

    Our machines are commonly used in the following industries: Automotive components, 3C electronics, home appliances, aerospace, railway and rail transit, general mechanical parts, machinery manufacturing, IT industry, medical devices, and scientific research.
