Spindle
The A2-5 belt spindle system is a major feature of this CNC lathe machine. For the standard version, HAOZHI is the OEM, whereas Guangzhou HAOZHI motor and Taiwan KENTURN belt spindle are the optional ones for different processing needs.
It has a maximum spindle speed of 5000RPM and a large spindle bore of Φ56mm, which means it can provide you with strong cutting power, stable rotation accuracy, and excellent rigidity simultaneously, which are necessary for highly efficient turning and milling of multiple kinds of shaft and disc parts. Moreover, it will serve to guarantee the continuous production of high-precision output for the CNC machine tool.
Lead Screw
The X/Z axes of this CNC lathe are equipped with high-quality lead screws produced by HIWIN/PMI/NSK, having a specification of 32. On top of this, the lead screws go through a very precise grinding process to ensure a very small backlash and a very high transmission efficiency. As a result, the feed system can be precisely controlled to a very high degree, which not only results in a very good surface quality of the workpieces but also helps to keep the workpiece dimensions within the required tolerances very effectively. Thus, a CNC lathe with these lead screws will definitely be able to carry out very accurate machining operations.
TLiner Guide Rail
The CNC lathe uses very accurate linear guide rails of the best quality brands like HIWIN, PMI, and Rexroth. The 35 roller guide rail style with additional rollers is capable of carrying a large load, it is very stiff, and its movement is very smooth. It significantly reduces the friction and wear that occur when the machine is running at high speed. In the end, the positioning accuracy of the X/Z axes is stable for a long time, accompanied by the high-precision machining of the CNC machine tool.

We use multiple layers of protective packaging for our CNC lathe that help to guarantee its safety during shipping:
1.Initially, the lathe is completely wrapped with stretch film to protect it from dust and scratching.
2.Next, it is vacuum-packed to exclude moisture during transportation.
3.Once vacuum packaging is done, the lathe is safely restrained with straps to prevent movement.
4.The last step is to enclose it in a sturdy plywood box.
