Accuracy Detection

Our CNC machine tools adopt advanced laser interferometer technology to carry out precise accuracy compensation. Through high-precision measurement and data analysis, we effectively compensate for positioning errors, geometric errors and thermal errors, ensuring the machine maintains stable and reliable machining accuracy during long-term operation.


In addition, we use coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for comprehensive three-dimensional precision detection. The three-coordinate measuring system can accurately inspect the dimensional accuracy, form and position tolerances of machined parts, as well as the overall accuracy of the machine tool itself. It provides reliable data support for process optimization, quality control and factory calibration.


The combination of laser interferometer compensation and three-coordinate detection greatly improves the machining precision, stability and consistency of our CNC machine tools, fully meeting the high-precision manufacturing requirements of complex parts.
