CNC Lathe Packaging Instructions

For‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ guaranteed safe delivery, we carefully pack our CNC lathe with a multi-layer protective process that is as follows:

1. Initially, the lathe is completely wrapped with stretch film to protect it from dust and scratches.

  1. 2. After that, it is vacuum-packed to make sure no moisture penetrates during shipment.

  2. 3. The lathe is then fastened with straps tightly to prevent it from moving during transportation after vacuum packaging.

  3. 4. At last, it is packed in a robust plywood box.

The lid of the plywood box is waterproof wrapped to keep rain and moisture away, so the machine will be delivered to you in excellent ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌condition.

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
