For guaranteed safe delivery, we carefully pack our CNC lathe with a multi-layer protective process that is as follows:
1. Initially, the lathe is completely wrapped with stretch film to protect it from dust and scratches.
2. After that, it is vacuum-packed to make sure no moisture penetrates during shipment.
3. The lathe is then fastened with straps tightly to prevent it from moving during transportation after vacuum packaging.
4. At last, it is packed in a robust plywood box.
