The XL2-8TW computer numerical control (CNC) turning lathe is an incredible precision machine tool for turning automatically at a maximum diameter of Φ420mm, 500mm machining length, and 22m/min rapid feed. With a servo turret, hydraulic tailstock, and high-rigidity linear guides, it will stabilize precision and efficient production of brass fittings and complex parts. With optional FANUC/Siemens/SYNTEC systems, it is suitable for high-volume, high-precision manufacturing.

Built with HT300 cast iron slant bed and high-low guideways, this slant bed CNC lathe features outstanding structural rigidity and vibration damping. Its robust design ensures stable running and reliable precision during long-hour heavy cutting, making it an efficient automatic CNC lathe especially suitable as a high-performance CNC lathe for brass fittings.
The XL2-8TW is equipped with a high-performance A2-6 belt spindle (standard by HAOZHI, with optional KENTURN spindle). With a maximum speed of 4500RPM and large bore of Φ66mm, it offers strong cutting power and stable rotation accuracy. The spindle’s high rigidity supports heavy-duty turning and milling, ensuring consistent output quality of the CNC machine tool.
The XL2-8TW adopts premium Rexroth linear guide rails (35 Roller Guide type) for X/Z axes. This design offers superior load-bearing capacity and rigidity, ensuring smooth, friction-free movement during high-speed feed. It effectively minimizes vibration and wear, providing a stable motion foundation for the CNC lathe’s high-precision machining.
Incorporating precision-ground lead screws (spec 32) from Rexroth, this CNC lathe is capable of attaining very low backlash and excellent transmission efficiency.
The lead screw’s precise positioning capability directly corresponds to the dimensional stability and consistency of the workpieces, which is fundamental to the CNC machine tool's high-precision processing capability.

In order to guarantee that you get your very latest safe and sound, we ensure that there are several layers of protective materials involved in the packing process of our CNC lathe, as follows:
1.At first, the lathe is fully wrapped with stretch film to protect it from dust and scratches.
2.Then, to avoid moisture during transportation, it is vacuum-packed.
3.After vacuum packaging, the lathe is securely fixed with straps to avoid movement.
4.Lastly, it is put inside a strong plywood box.
