BG1500-10ZYDW Orthogonal Y-axis Turning and Milling Machine Tool
The BG1500-10ZYDW is an extremely capable CNC machine tool featuring an orthogonal Y-axis turning and milling center, combined with heavy-duty capability for precision CNC lathe for the manufacturing of complex and large parts. To be a professional heavy-duty lathe, it is equipped with a sturdy cast iron body and a 15kW high-torque spindle. Major workpieces of up to Φ600mm in swing diameter and 1500mm in machining length are possible, thus making it an excellent choice for the aerospace, automotive, energy, and heavy machinery sectors.

With an HT300 cast-iron slant bed and high-low guideways optimally arranged, this slant-bed CNC lathe has great stiffness, and vibration hardly affects it at all. The strong construction of the machine ensures stable, accurate function even during long-term heavy cutting, making it a dependable automatic CNC lathe that is ideal for the high-efficiency machining of brass parts.
Turret
The BG1500-10ZYDW features a servo turret from Taiwan's TCSM BMT55-12 with hydraulic locking. Such a high-precision turret is capable of delivering ultra-fast indexing, strong clamping, and no backlash at all, thus resulting in 4000RPM-driven tooling for multi-task machining support. Robust construction makes stable, repeatable tool changes, thus fully leveraging the efficiency of this Precision CNC lathe in continuous heavy-duty production.
Spindle
The BG1500-10ZYDW features a high-performance A2-8 spindle system at its core (standard: LBIE HAOZHI belt spindle, optional: Taiwan KENTURN belt spindle). The spindle is capable of a maximum speed of 3000RPM and has a large spindle bore diameter of Φ86mm. This spindle, which is extremely rigid with minimal vibrations, offers high torque and reasons for rotation accuracy. It can consistently and efficiently handle the cutting of large-sized workpieces due to its stability and power. It is therefore the perfect choice for heavy-duty lathe production.

The BG1500-10ZYDW features a high-performance A2-8 spindle system (standard: LBIE HAOZHI belt spindle; optional: Taiwan KENTURN belt spindle) that can reach a maximum speed of 3000 revolutions per minute and has a large spindle bore of φ86mm. It is equipped with a highly rigid and low-vibration spindle that offers great torque and rotational accuracy. Therefore, it is capable of stable and powerful cutting of large workpieces, which perfectly fits the requirements of heavy-duty lathe production.

This precision CNC lathe is fitted with the most accurate HIWIN/PMI/THK 40-series ball screws for X/Z axes, which makes it possible to achieve ultra-low friction and minimal backlash.
Moreover, the top-level lead screw mechanism ensures not only the maintenance of high positioning accuracy but also the provision of smooth linear motion, even if the machine is working non-stop under heavy-duty conditions, allowing for the efficient and repeatable manufacturing of large and complex parts.

Our CNC lathe will be delivered safely. Here are the steps:
1. We begin by wrapping the machine with stretch film to make sure it is protected from dust and scratches.
2. It is vacuum sealed to keep the moisture out during shipping.
3. After vacuum packaging, the band that is tightly holding the lathe is used to prevent any movement.
4. Finally, the lathe is put in a very strong wooden box.
