In‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ order to guarantee a safe delivery, we apply multiple protection layers to our CNC lathe:

1.The lathe is initially completely wrapped with a stretch film, which prevents dust and scratches.

  1. 2.It is then vacuum-packed to safeguard it from moisture during the journey.

  2. 3.Following the vacuum packaging, the lathe is fastened with straps to prevent it from moving.

  3. 4.Lastly, it is enclosed in a robust plywood box.

The waterproof film that covers the plywood box top keeps rain and moisture out so that the machine is delivered in impeccable ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌condition.

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
  • What industries are your machines used in?
