A2-5 Spindle for Superior Metal Machining
This CNC lathe is equipped with a high-rigidity A2-5 spindle that operates at a maximum speed of 5000RPM, providing great low-vibration power for turning, milling, and drilling metal parts. Designed for stability and precision, it guarantees the consistency of accuracy and effectiveness of cutting for all metalworking operations, which is why it is the key element of our high-performance CNC machine tool.
This CNC machine tool is fitted with HIWIN and PMI's high-precision ground ball lead screws for all linear axes. The lead screws have very low backlash and high transmission efficiency, which allows precise and responsive control of tool movement at rapid feed rates of up to 22m/min. Besides, they ensure dependable dimensional accuracy of complex metal parts even after continuous high-load operation.
It is equipped with very accurate 35 Ball Guide linear guide rails of HIWIN, PMI, and INA brands for X and Z axes, and a hardened linear guide for the Y axis. These top-quality rails not only offer excellent load-bearing capacity but also work with very low friction. As a result, the linear motion is ultra-smooth and stable even when high-speed turning and milling. They keep the positioning accuracy unchanged and have a long life. Thus, they not only provide a good base for this CNC lathe's precision performance but also serve as the foundation.
