High-Rigidity Driven Tool Turret: Maximum speed 4000RPM, power options from 2.7kW to 5.5kW, allowing for turn-mill compound machining in one-stop operation for high efficiency and precision.
Spindle
Dual spindle layout: The 1st spindle has a bore diameter of Φ66mm (option for a bigger bore of Φ86mm/Φ79mm), the 2nd spindle has a Φ56mm bore, bar feeding is supported for up to <Φ52mm / <Φ92mm.
Strong performance capacity: The main spindle has a rated power of up to 15kW / 143Nm, it can reach a maximum speed of 4500RPM; the sub-spindle has a rated power of 11kW / 52Nm, max speed 5000RPM, excellent for heavy-duty roughing and high-precision finishing.
High-end options: You can get the machine with LBIE/HAOZHI belt spindle, Taiwan KENTURN belt spindle, or HAOZHI motor spindle, which guarantees long-term stability and accuracy.
Lead Screw
Paired with servo motors with high responsiveness (X / Z / B axis up to 2.4kW / 11.5Nm), allowing quick, smooth movements and strong cutting capabilities.
The pre-tensioning mechanism not only adjusts for thermal elongation but also keeps the accuracy stable under high-speed, continuous operations.
By minimizing the frictional force, the structure not only reduces the wear and heat but also prolongs the life of the equipment while cutting down the maintenance costs.
Linear Guide Rail
Specifically designed and optimized for the machine's dual-spindle, turn-mill compound type, it offers superb stiffness to handle even the toughest cutting loads.
Thanks to the very low-friction construction, the feed rate can be as high as 22m/min, which brings a large improvement in machining efficiency and a major reduction in cycle times.
By using top-grade materials combined with highly accurate grinding, the tool can resist wear for a very long time and keep its accuracy for a long period after lots of use, making it perfect for high-volume, high-precision production.

We provide our CNC lathe with a multi-layer protective packing procedure to guarantee its safe delivery, which includes the following steps:
1.The lathe is thoroughly wrapped with stretch film to protect it from dust and scratches.
2.It is vacuum-packed afterward to protect it from moisture during transportation.
3.Then, after vacuum packing, the lathe is attached firmly with straps so that it doesn’t move.
4.Finally, it is enclosed in a robust plywood box.
