Spindle

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ W7-8/6D double spindle lathe is fitted with a high-torque and high-precision double spindle system for productive one-stop machining.
  • Dual spindle layout: The 1st spindle has a bore diameter of Φ66mm (option for a bigger bore of Φ86mm/Φ79mm), the 2nd spindle has a Φ56mm bore, bar feeding is supported for up to <Φ52mm / <Φ92mm.

  • Strong performance capacity: The main spindle has a rated power of up to 15kW / 143Nm, it can reach a maximum speed of 4500RPM; the sub-spindle has a rated power of 11kW / 52Nm, max speed 5000RPM, excellent for heavy-duty roughing and high-precision finishing.

  • High-end options: You can get the machine with LBIE/HAOZHI belt spindle, Taiwan KENTURN belt spindle, or HAOZHI motor spindle, which guarantees long-term stability and ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌accuracy.

  • Paired‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ with servo motors with high responsiveness (X / Z / B axis up to 2.4kW / 11.5Nm), allowing quick, smooth movements and strong cutting capabilities.

CNC Lathe Packaging Instructions

We‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ provide our CNC lathe with a multi-layer protective packing procedure to guarantee its safe delivery, which includes the following steps: 

1.The lathe is thoroughly wrapped with stretch film to protect it from dust and scratches.

  1. 2.It is vacuum-packed afterward to protect it from moisture during transportation.

  2. 3.Then, after vacuum packing, the lathe is attached firmly with straps so that it doesn’t move.

  3. 4.Finally, it is enclosed in a robust plywood box.

The plywood box’s top is wrapped in waterproof film to prevent rain and moisture from entering, so that the machine will be delivered in a flawless ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌state.

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
  • What industries are your machines used in?

    Our machines are commonly used in the following industries: Automotive components, 3C electronics, home appliances, aerospace, railway and rail transit, general mechanical parts, machinery manufacturing, IT industry, medical devices, and scientific research.
