FD-6/5P/P Double-Spindle Lathe with Vertical and Horizontal Gang Tool Carriers
This FD-6/5P/P double-spindle CNC lathe is capable of vertical and horizontal gang tool carriers, which allow different machining operations to be carried out flexibly and efficiently.
The dual-spindle system can operate in parallel or one after another, and the gang tool arrangement allows rapid tool change and ensures the tools are held firmly.
The machine is perfect for producing small, complex, high-precision parts in large quantities with just one setup. It will significantly enhance the productivity as well as the consistency of the parts.

The machine is built around an HT300 cast iron slant bed and a high-low guideway configuration, which results in outstanding rigidity and damping performance. This kind of structural design ensures the machine is very stable during operations and can keep the level of machining precision unchanged even when facing long-term heavy-duty cutting.
Our CNC metal lathe series is equipped with several varieties of high-rigidity mechanical spindles that have been engineered for low vibration, high precision, and very stable running accuracy. These spindles, which use top-of-the-line NSK super-precision bearings, also display excellent thermal stability, which is a must for high-performance turning. As an efficiency booster, a spindle powered by electricity is also available as an option, offering very accurate speed control, less energy usage, and minimal need for maintenance.

1.A lathe is fully wrapped with stretch film for dust and scratch protection.
2.Then vacuum-mapped to prevent moisture during transportation.
3.Vacuum packaging with strappings to fix the lathe tightly to avoid movement.
4.Finally, it is packed into a strong plywood box.
