  • Aviation Plug Housing: Characterized by serrated cylinders and keyways, with a core dimension of Φ28.55 subject to strict tolerances. Using the W7-8/6CYD twin-spindle configuration with automatic spindle-to-subspindle docking, the tolerance of relevant mating holes is ≤ 0.01 mm. The equipment adopts high-rigidity bed and precision ball screw, effectively reducing vibration during machining, ensuring the smoothness of serrated surfaces and the accuracy of keyway positions, which can meet the strict installation and use requirements of aerospace equipment for connector components.
