The XL2-6T CNC Turret Lathe is a 2-axis slant-bed turning center ideal for turning of small-to-medium sized workpieces, especially suited for mass production of:

Shaft parts (short shafts, motor shafts, stepped shafts, gear shafts) with max. turning dia. Φ420mm and max. length 350mm

Liner Guide Rail

CNC Lathe Packaging Instructions

So‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ as to secure the delivery, our CNC lathe features a multi-layer protection treatment as follows:

1.The lathe is initially fully wrapped with stretch film to prevent dust and scratches.

  1. 2.A vacuum sealed to keep moisture away during delivery.

  2. 3.After vacuum sealing, the lathe will be fixed with straps to avoid shifting.

  3. 4.Finally, it will be packed into a sturdy plywood box.

The mattress of the plywood box is wrapped with waterproof film to ensure rain and moisture do not penetrate, so the machine will be in an excellent state when delivered.

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
  • What industries are your machines used in?
