Turret

This‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ machine is built with the Taiwan TCSM brand 12-position BMT55 turret as a basic feature, and this will give you very high rigidity, fast indexing, and very stable precision. A 15-position turret can be selected according to your work requirements. It is equipped with 0° and 90° power heads, allowing efficient turning, milling, and composite processing. Additional stations offer increased flexibility, less downtime for tool changes, and higher overall production ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌efficiency.

Structure

The HT300‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ cast iron slant bed is taken with a high-low guideway structure, which offers excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. This design guarantees excellent stability and the ability to maintain machining accuracy even after long-time heavy ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌cutting.

CNC Lathe Packaging Instructions

Our‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ CNC lathe is wrapped in a multi-layer protective process to make sure it is delivered safely.

1.First of all, the lathe is completely wrapped with stretch film so that it is protected against dust and scratches.

  1. 2.To keep the moisture out during transportation, the lathe is vacuum-packed.

  2. 3.The lathe is then fixed tightly with straps so that it does not move.

  3. 4.Finally, it is packed in a strong plywood box.

On top of the plywood box, the waterproof film is used to cover the whole surface and keep the rain and moisture away from the machine, hence the machine arrives at you in flawless ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌condition.

    We accept light customization on standard machines with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit. For deep customization—such as increasing axial travel, enlarging milling diameter, or other significant modifications—the MOQ is 10 units, or please contact our sales representative for an accurate requirement based on your specific needs.
  • How much of the machine production is done in-house?

    From the machine enclosure and rough/final machining of castings to critical components like spindle bearing housings — all are manufactured in-house. Over 80% of the machining, assembly, and testing is completed in our own facility. Only specialized components — such as CNC controls, hydraulic units, ball screws, and linear guideways — are sourced from certified partners.
  • What industries are your machines used in?

    Our machines are commonly used in the following industries: Automotive components, 3C electronics, home appliances, aerospace, railway and rail transit, general mechanical parts, machinery manufacturing, IT industry, medical devices, and scientific research.
