Turret
This machine is built with the Taiwan TCSM brand 12-position BMT55 turret as a basic feature, and this will give you very high rigidity, fast indexing, and very stable precision. A 15-position turret can be selected according to your work requirements. It is equipped with 0° and 90° power heads, allowing efficient turning, milling, and composite processing. Additional stations offer increased flexibility, less downtime for tool changes, and higher overall production efficiency.
Structure
The HT300 cast iron slant bed is taken with a high-low guideway structure, which offers excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. This design guarantees excellent stability and the ability to maintain machining accuracy even after long-time heavy cutting.

Our CNC lathe is wrapped in a multi-layer protective process to make sure it is delivered safely.
1.First of all, the lathe is completely wrapped with stretch film so that it is protected against dust and scratches.
2.To keep the moisture out during transportation, the lathe is vacuum-packed.
3.The lathe is then fixed tightly with straps so that it does not move.
4.Finally, it is packed in a strong plywood box.
