(3) Description of Machined Part Examples

- Home Appliance Motor Shaft: A critical core component for household washing machine motors, with a total length of 150 mm and a maximum diameter of Φ35 mm. The rotor position of the motor shaft adopts a strict tolerance standard of h6 to ensure precise matching with the motor rotor and stable operation. The part is made of 45# carbon steel (40Cr) and undergoes a black oxide surface treatment, which enhances its corrosion resistance and wear resistance, extending the service life of the motor shaft. Machined by the XL2-8D model of the XL2 series, the motor shaft achieves exceptional machining accuracy: the circular runout at the mounting position is strictly controlled within ≤ 0.005 mm, ensuring smooth rotation of the motor, and the motor efficiency is guaranteed to be ≥ 85%, meeting the energy-saving and high-efficiency requirements of modern home appliances.
