High-Rigidity CNC Hard Turning Lathe (1000–3000mm) with Driven Tool Turret
Our lathe series enables you to tackle large-scale jobs with Z-axis travels as large as 3000 mm. This CNC hard-turning lathe, a dedicated piece of equipment for the task, ensures exactness and excellent dimensional stability in the machining of hard steels. With its integrated driven-tool turret, the machine drastically increases the level of versatility not only by allowing drilling and milling tasks but also contributing to the improvement of production.
On the other hand, a 10" chuck, which is the standard configuration, is installed on the machine, and this provides the machine with excellent stiffness to a level that the machine can be used for very demanding industrial production.

Heavy-Duty CNC Lathe for Large-Diameter & Long Bar Stock
This heavy-duty CNC lathe is specifically designed to handle large-format metal machining, with a maximum turning diameter of Φ550mm, an extended machining length of 1000mm, and an 86mm large spindle bore. Its strong cast iron structure offers excellent rigidity for heavy-duty cutting, which makes it perfect for processing long bar stock and large diameter metal workpieces.
High-Torque Spindle for Powerful Metal Cutting
Powered by a 15kW/143Nm high-torque A2-8 spindle (max speed 3000RPM), this CNC machine tool delivers strong cutting power even for hard materials and large stock removal, thus ensuring efficient and stable performance in heavy-duty turning operations.
Driven Tool Turret for Multi-Process Machining
This CNC lathe for metal is equipped with a high-rigidity Taiwanese servo turret capable of driving tools (max speed 4000RPM), allowing turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup. This feature eliminates secondary clamping and significantly increases production efficiency.
Extended Z-Axis Travel for Long Workpiece Processing
Boasting a 1005mm Z-axis travel and 900mm tailstock stroke, the heavy-duty CNC lathe is designed to handle long shaft parts and bar stock, which is extended. It is therefore quite suitable for large component manufacturing, especially in aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors.

Turret
The BG1000-10DW comes with a high-rigidity Taiwan TCSM servo turret locked by a hydraulic system. It is available with BMT55-12 (standard) and BMT65-12 (optional) tool holders. The driven tool turret can reach a max speed of 4000RPM and is equipped with an optional high-power motor of 4.3kW and a water cooling system for better performance. The strong clamping mechanism greatly reduces cutting vibration even during the use of powered tools, allowing for rapid tool change and one-stop multi-process machining, which highlights this heavy-duty CNC lathe as the main benefit.
Spindle
The BG1000-10DW features a high-performance A2-8 spindle (standard LBIE belt spindle, optional Taiwan KENTURN belt spindle) with a strong 15kW rated power alongside 143Nm of high torque at 3000RPM maximum speed. The spindle with an 86mm large spindle bore is mainly intended for the processing of long bar stocks and large diameter workpieces, and it also provides sufficient cutting power for heavy-duty turning operations. Besides, the spindle's robust design allows it to operate with minimal vibrations and secure stability even when it is working under the maximum cutting loads. This feature makes the heavy-duty CNC lathe's main power source.

This CNC machine tool is equipped with very precise 40-size ground ball lead screws from HIWIN, PMI, and THK for the different linear axes of the machine. The lead screws have only a very small backlash and high transmission efficiency, so that the control of the tool movements can be very precise and there is a quick response at the rapid feed speed of 22m/min, even when cutting very heavy loads. This way, constant dimension accuracy will be achieved for large metal workpieces.
Lead Screw
This high-speed servo CNC lathe is equipped with a high-precision size 40 ball screw ground by HIWIN, PMI, and THK for all linear axes. The ball screws have minimal backlash and high transmission efficiency, allowing accurate and responsive control of tool movement at 22m/min rapid feed even under heavy cutting load, ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy of large metal workpieces.
Linear Guide Rail
The BG1000-10DW comes equipped with high-rigidity 45-size linear guide rails from HIWIN and PMI for X/Z axes that are designed to endure heavy-duty cutting at extreme loads without fail. These luxurious rails provide amazing load-bearing capacity and low friction so that the linear motion during large-diameter turning is extremely smooth and stable. Besides that, the machine lathe maintains its accurate position consistently and has a long service life.

We utilize a multi-step protective process to pack our CNC lathe for safe delivery:
1.We start wrapping the lathe entirely with stretch film to avoid dust and scratches.
2.After that, to keep the machine dry during shipping, it is vacuum-packed.
3.This is followed by securing the lathe in place with straps after vacuum packing to prevent it from moving.
4.In the end, it is placed in a sturdy plywood box.
