Here is the whole process of packing the CNC lathe with a multi-layer protective method to ensure safety during transportation:
1.When the lathe is first placed, it is totally covered by the use of stretch film, which keeps the dust and scratches away.
2.After that, it is put in a vacuum pack to keep it away from moisture throughout transportation.
3.The lathe is then tied firmly with straps after vacuum packaging to restrain it from moving.
4.At last, it is put into a very strong plywood box.
