Constructed from HT300 cast iron, the slant bed of this CNC lathe is combined with high-low guideways to give it remarkable structural stiffness and the ability to absorb vibrations. Heavy, long-hour machining with this sturdy CNC lathe design will keep the machine stable and accurate.
It also makes a very effective automatic CNC lathe for brass fittings. To put it another way, a high-performance CNC lathe for brass fittings is what this one could be used as, amongst other things.
The XL2-6D runs off a super-powerful A2-5 belt spindle (standard: LBIE HAOZHI OEM, optional: Guangzhou HAOZHI motor spindle / Taiwan KENTURN belt spindle), which can reach a max speed of 5000RPM and has a Φ56mm spindle bore. This robust, quiet spindle is capable of high torque and rotational precision that will keep your cutting operation steady and efficient when brass fittings and other metal parts are carried out, making it a perfect match for automatic slant bed CNC lathe production.

Equipped with ultra-high precision NSK 32 ball screws in X/Z axes, this Automatic CNC lathe is capable of producing a perfectly smooth, nearly frictionless linear movement with a very low level of backlash. The lead screws of the highest quality ensure not only continuous positioning precision but also a long lifespan of the machine, which allows the effective, repeatable production of complicated brass parts.
Liner Guide Rail
Our XL2-6D slant bed CNC lathe comes with Rexroth 35 Roller Guide Rails on the X/Z axes. These heavy-duty linear guides provide great rigidity, load capacity, and vibration-damping capabilities. As a result, they facilitate ultra-stable, very precise linear motion, especially during high-speed turning and live tooling operations. Such stability and accuracy make these machines perfectly suitable for high-volume production of brass fittings.
Each axis is supported with NSK 20TAC high-precision angular contact bearings. These have been designed to carry heavy axial loads and completely eliminate runout. Being of the highest quality, such bearings contribute to the enhancement of the rigidity and stability of the lead screw system. This way, they provide continuous machining accuracy and performance reliability in production environments that operate around the clock.

The XL2-6D lathe is equipped with a flexible CNC system that you can choose from: Siemens 828D (standard), FANUC 0I-TF PLUS, or SYNTEC 22TA. These control systems are highly reliable and allow the machine to achieve high precision, leading to very efficient turning operations.

In order to deliver machines safely, the following packaging procedure of multiple layers is applied to our CNC lathe:
1.The very first step is that the lathe is completely covered with a stretch film to protect it from dust and scratches.
2.It is then vacuum sealed to keep out the moisture and the humidity during transportation.
3.Subsequently to the vacuum packaging, the lathe is firmly tied with the straps to keep it still.
4.Finally, it is enclosed in a durable plywood case.
