With a high spindle speed of 5000 RPM, the XL & XL2-series CNC lathes realize high-speed precision cutting of 45# carbon steel, achieving an excellent surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. This advanced performance enables the "turning instead of grinding" process, effectively reducing the subsequent polishing procedures, lowering labor costs, and improving the overall production efficiency while ensuring stable machining quality.
