With a high spindle speed of 5000 RPM, the XL & XL2-series CNC lathes realize high-speed precision cutting of 45# carbon steel, achieving an excellent surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. This advanced performance enables the "turning instead of grinding" process, effectively reducing the subsequent polishing procedures, lowering labor costs, and improving the overall production efficiency while ensuring stable machining quality.

Aerospace Industry: Specialized in machining high-precision alloy parts such as aviation plugs and rotor shafts. Y-axis interpolation enables spatial surface machining and inclined hole processing with universal power heads.

Automotive Industry: Engineered for the high-precision machining of critical precision shaft components, including gearbox input shafts, engine crankshafts, camshafts, and drive axles. Leveraging advanced dual-spindle synchronous machining technology, the system delivers "one-time clamping for complete front-and-back cutting", eliminating the need for multiple re-clamping steps in traditional processes.
