Guangdong Longbang Intelligent Equipment Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as LBIE) is a Chinese factory specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, sales, and service of turning-milling compound machine tools. Established in 2007 as Guangzhou Longbang Automation Control Equipment Co., Ltd., the company invented the lathe oil bath feeding machine which was sold nationwide. In 2009, it successfully developed China's first 4+4 power head turning-milling compound machine tool and applied for an invention patent. By 2014, LBIE had broken through the technological barriers of interpolated Y-axis turning-milling compound machine tools, becoming the first domestic manufacturer to develop and produce this model. In 2022, we successfully developed a dual-spindle dual-turret turning-milling compound machine tool.
In 2019, we invested in the establishment of Guangzhou Jingsang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the production and manufacturing of sheet metal, becoming a key supplier to the LBIE group. In 2021, we further invested in Foshan Luzhi Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on software development and CNC system secondary development with the goal of providing comprehensive supporting services to our customers. In 2023, LBIE established its foreign trade department under the brand name LBIE to sell machine tools worldwide, marking a new chapter in LBIE's international expansion.

Our packaging process includes four steps:
1、Applying anti-rust oil to the machine.
2、Wrapping with shockproof film.
3、Vacuum packaging.
4、Wooden crate packaging.
About installation and training
Because of the distance, we provide remote after-sales service, we will provide video installation and set up a special group to serve your company. Remote after-sales service includes one-year parts exchange and online teaching. Of course, your company can also send technicians to our factory for training.
If you buy directly from the factory, the aftermarket price will be charged extra by the agent. If you buy directly from our agent, you can directly communicate with our agent about the price and after-sale time.But from our experience in selling, 90% of the problems can be solved online.
