These local representatives are fully authorized to handle all sales, customer support, and logistics-related matters in their respective regions. The pricing offered by our representatives will be consistent with our factory’s official pricing, and they will also provide after-sales service and assistance with freight forwarding issues.

As part of this transition:

All customers located in Belarus and Malaysia will now be served directly by the local authorized representatives.
Our factory sales team will no longer be handling quotations or direct communication with customers in these two regions.
